Allison joined Eastside Dental as a Dental Assistant in November of 2018. Growing up she had a lot of trips to the orthodontist with extensive dental work being done, even as a kid she found it so intriguing. She loved watching the way the dental procedures changed the look of her mouth for the better and decided this would be a field she would be interested in one day. While in college she had worked with children for several years as a nanny and even in the classroom for a bit, it was in those years she realized her passion for working with and taking care of others, which eventually transferred into caring for her patients at the dental office.
When Allison is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing actives such as hiking, kayaking, camping, and biking. She loves to be outdoors as much as possible! She takes time out of her week to keep her passion for running alive and gets to explore the city of Milwaukee at the same time. When she isn’t being active in sports, she is traveling the world. She explores different countries and stays in the US, going places like Portland to visit her older sister and San Francisco to visit her Father when he is away working as an airline pilot. Some of her favorite weekends, however, are spent in Racine with her parents and puppy Millie.

Laura started at EastSide Dental in April 2019. She has always been intrigued with teeth and dentistry. In 2015 she started as a patient coordinator and was cross trained as an assistant. She loves being able to help anywhere she can. Now with the wonderful mentoring of Dr. Galka she is being trained to perfection as an orthodontic assistant. She loves seeing the progress of people’s teeth aligning happily. The change and the benefits of properly aligned teeth are simply amazing to her. Not to mention she thinks everyone in traditional braces are so adorable.
On April 14, 2014 her greatest creation made his debut and she received her most prized title: Mommy. Her son Jaxson is definitely a mini version of her. They are both very outgoing and goofy people and aren’t shy about being a little loud at times. But they are always loving and compassionate souls. Both of her parents have been helping her take care of Jaxson since the beginning. Though she says they do spoil him.
Laura's oldest sister, Sarah is her best friend, she admits always copying the crafts Sarah makes. Christmas decorations, crocheting quilts, recipes, and mom tips. You name it, she’ll copy what she does. Sarah, her husband, and two daughters are always there for Laura and her son when they need them. She states she definitely could not survive without the love and help of her family. They are all crazy Disney people too, they’ve gone … a couple of times to Disney World. ;) They also love Christmas. The feeling of people giving and spreading joy makes her so happy. Although not so much a fan of the cold.
Laura and Jaxson have one pet so far, their cat Randy. Once they win the lottery she wants to have a hobby farm complete with many animals! She likes to keep her little guy active in sports, the boy's got quite the arm (look out Aaron Rodgers) and he is an amazing swimmer.
They are both very happy to be a part of the EastSide Dental family and can’t wait for the memories too.
Abigail started at Eastside Dental in March of 2019, as our Patient Coordinator. When she started at Eastside Dental, Abigail did not have very much Dental Knowledge, but was eager to learn as much as she could. Abigail has a passion for people, and has always worked in customer service based jobs. From retail, to the restaurant industry, to even working in a doctor’s office for a few summers. Her love for people and wanting to see them happy, is a huge reason why she enjoys dentistry. Food is another huge love in her life, so having healthy teeth is important for that.
Art is also a huge passion in her life. She actually went to art school for two years, for a degree in Apparel Design. While she didn’t end up finishing her degree, she has been professionally selling art on the side since October of 2015.
Besides art, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family. Her family is a huge part of her life. She has an older sister, and three younger brothers. You can find them playing games on any given night. She comes from a very competitive family and there is never a dull moment at their house. They could tell stories for hours of all the crazy things they did growing up.
She also likes to be outdoors, loves coffee way too much, and will laugh at almost any joke. Abigail would describe herself as empathetic, positive, easy-going, and always up for any adventure. She believes that strong relationships are important and that life is full of so much joy. While she is always on the go and likes to fill her time, she also enjoys slowing down and taking in the small moments.
Abigail has felt blessed to get to be a part of The Eastside Dental team and loves getting to meet all our patients. She is excited to continue and grow with us over the years.
